“Absolutely amazing! Our teacher Raymond obviously loves cooking, and he taught us a few cooking techniques as we were making the food. It wasn't intimidating at all for someone who might not be familiar with the kitchen. Raymond has a great resume on him too — he cooked for the Super Bowl and has won many cooking competitions. He taught us 2 dishes — Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo, Shrimp Etouffee — and he made the dessert Bananas Foster for us. The gumbo our class made was the best gumbo we've ever had in our lives! Highly recommend this class to anyone curious about Cajun food.”
