“Picked up on time from hotel. 9 on the bus. Shown around the fruit market first then went to cooking school. Taken around the kitchen garden and all the leaves, herbs etc were explained. Then into the lesson. Other groups joined us but that was ok. It is set up with military precision. The main lady is very stern but it made it great fun, like being told off by the headmaster in school. We were taken through the ingredients one by one and told what to clearly by the staff. As each course was completed, we went and all ate together. The food we created was amazing, very flavourful…”
