“Without a doubt, book the tour! We did the Tuscan lunch + market tour with pasta making class. You begin by visiting the Centro Mercado which is a large market selling all fresh ingredients, meats, cheeses, etc. The guide; Lucca, is such an incredibly unique and fun persona! Luca was both hilarious and a brilliant teacher, and Erika was so encouraging and kind, and all of the food the group made together was delicious. As someone who is not a confident cook I learnt so much and really enjoyed the day, and have the confidence now to try making tagliatelle back home. Thank you Luca and Erika!”
