They taught us how to cook rice & bbq chicken over a fire and make tom Kha guy soup over coals. We learned about the turmeric root that was a natural dye and flavored the dishes beautifully. This was a wonderful addition to our Thailand trip and the bamboo canoe ride through the jungle with tea under the kho soak rocks really made it all an enjoyable experience! Highly suggest!”
