“We had a great time making pizza and tiramisu! Our chef, Lori, made it fun and taught us a lot about the art of making pizza dough! There were six of us in the group and we each contributed to making the tiramisu, which was then put into six individual dishes and refrigerated. Then we each made our own pizza dough! Since the dough needs to rise at least 24 hours, Lori gave us prepared dough and we used that to make individual pizzas. While our pizzas were baking, we enjoyed some wine and when the pizzas were done, we got to eat them! And for dessert, our tiramisu! Everything…”

“Wanted to learn more and appears the instructor was there as it was just a job. Plastic aprons (tacky) & were told to scan the QR code for recipe which was ridiculous as it was taken away as soon as the instructor left, so we didn't have time to scan it. But she didn't forget to leave a tip jar!!!! Very disappointing. I have family members who have taken pizza making classes in Roma with a different vendor. They received cloth aprons that they we are allowed to keep and provided printed instructions.”
