Review of Luang Prabang’s Lao cooking class: market visit, hands-on recipes, Mekong lunch, practical tips, value, and what to expect.

“A good food tour with market visit, then a two hour wait/wander whilst the chefs do some preliminary prep, before heading back and making three courses (soup, laab salad, coconut desert). Tour guide was very pleasant. I think it could’ve been improved if dishes were chosen that the guests could’ve done more prep (rather than the 2hr wait) but a good experience.”
